We want you to love your bracelet. Here's how returns and exchanges work.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Returned bracelets must be unworn and in their original condition.
Original packaging is required
Items must be returned with all original packaging intact. Without the original packaging we're unable to issue a refund.
Exchanges follow the same requirement — the item and its original packaging must come back to us in resellable condition.
Who pays for shipping
You're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and for the shipping on any replacement item sent for an exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we don't provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a trackable service so you can confirm your return reaches us.
Final sale
Items purchased on sale, or with a coupon or promotion, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us at support@adrienneleestore.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
